OUR SHIPMENTS

Packaging

All orders placed through Milow™ are properly packaged to avoid damage. In case there is a problem upon delivery, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible by email at: info@footwear.com

How long will it take for my order to leave your warehouse and where are you located?

The package leaves our warehouse in Europe or the United States (depending on your location and stock) within 24/48 hours of your order (time to receive a tracking number, not the package).

If for any reason the order is delayed, please contact us and we will solve the case as soon as possible.

12h after placing the order, it is not allowed to change the delivery address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly agreed by both parties. In this case, you should send an e-mail to info@footwear.com and wait for a reply within 24 hours.

The shipment may be delayed for reasons beyond the company's control. If you have paid the fee for express shipping and have not received it within 17-20 days of purchase, please contact us at info@footwear.com with all your order details and we will refund your order within 24 hours.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are included in the price of the items.

What happens if I am not at the address I have indicated when the courier has to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the courier will leave you a delivery notice so that you can contact them and set a new delivery date.

In the event that the package is returned to Milow™ because the agency has not located the customer, the same customer will again be responsible for the delivery charges.
